For quite some time, police negotiator Lt. Sykes Tangent has been on the trail of Drake, a diabolical criminal mastermind. Along with his partner, Det. Jaxon Stone, Sykes has finally put together a plan to trap Drake once and for all. When the plan backfires, Sykes finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now, as Drake and his band of associates are attempting to tie up loose ends, Sykes must battle his partner and the demons haunting him following an encounter with a mysterious other-worldly figure - who he believes is the Angel of Death.
