Movie Vault: Time Heals All Wounds

Two years after his girlfriend left him without even saying goodbye, Mike still wishes he could have done something to stop her. His best friend Ellen has tried time and time again to steer Mike away from the topic of his ex, but every time they get together he always sinks into depression.

After admonishing Mike one evening, Ellen reminds him that "time was supposed to heal all wounds." He counters with the fact that maybe he hasn't had enough time yet, and then goes a step further, wishing he could just exist in his own isolated time while the world froze around him. That way no one would have to listen to his whining.

Hours pass, but Ellen soon notices something strange - the sun is still out despite the fact it surely would be night. A step outside the house confirms the pair's most unbelievable suspicion - Mike has somehow frozen the world with a wish. Now Mike must search for a way to get he and Ellen out of their predicament, looking to find the true reason his ex left him years ago to jump-start the clock. But will he find it? The ending of this one is a real shocker.
