The deadman has resurfaced in NY and, plagued by nightmares about Jake, has decided to contract his ex-fiancée Emma (April Cresey) to exterminate the meddlesome hood. Despite her dislike for her ex, Emma gets prepared for her job none-the-less.

In the meantime, a drunk Jake wanders home and is greeted by Joe (Nikki O.), a member of the organization that paid Jake to upload a virus into their competitor's computer. Joe is VERY unhappy about the missing computer, but Jake has an epiphany concerning its whereabouts and they're off.

Finally, Vlad resurfaces in Mr. Jefferson's office, the man in charge of the mysterious I-Tech group. Vlad has done well by bringing Jefferson the computer, but Jefferson has plans of his own he's about to engage, summoning a menacing killer named "Tha Shiz" to put an end to his problems.
