Two friends miss the last train out of Washington, DC for the day and are stuck there for the day. Carl Sealey decides that he is going to show his friend Imax Brown around the nations capital. Along the way it becomes very apparent that Imax does not think to highly of all the monuments and "national treasures". In the end there is a climactic revelation that turns Carl's world upside down.
