The Lights are Back On!
Jodom Pictures has now confirmed that it has picked up this script from writer/director Steve Sherrick and will be producing it in the near future!
Steve has signed a deal with director Mike Amato to make movies with Jodom, and Blackout is set to be his directorial debut for the company.
What does this mean for the unfinished Random Foo production of Steve's script? As the previous work was intended to serve as test footage, it should be helpful for Steve and Mike in producing the new version. The cast should remain the same with Gerry Bova and William DeCoff aboard.
For more information, check out the Blackout page on the Jodom Pictures website.
Just Hibernating For a While
In a recent conversation between Steve and C.C. this project came up. A new location will be used to finish out this movie and Steve really wants to make sure that the look and feel of the movie is right. He plans on doing extensive lighting and camera tests before proceeding with the film, but he is excited about seeing it completed.
Production Begins
What started out as only a night of experimenting with lights has turned into a full blown production. Last second casting and pulling together brought together two great actors and a great crew. It took a bit to get started on this first night, but once things got going they worked perfectly.
